The MHF has tried to ensure that all of these sections are as comprehensive and up to date as possible. However, if you know of any useful additions to any of these sections, please email them to: mhw@menshealthforum.org.uk

Administration

The Administration area of the resource pack outlines the structure of NMHW and includes details about the week's organisers - the Men's Health Forum (MHF).  Essentially, the role of the MHF is to establish an administrative and organisational structure for NMHW, and subsequently to provide advice, support and access to resources.

Also in this section are details of how to join the MHF and details of several projects run by the MHF (for example, the MHF Magazine).

Factsheets

This area is a central area of the resource pack, as it contains comprehensive information on men and mental wellbeing. There are various documents, and links to key documents relating to men and mental wellbeing. The core of this area with be constituted of the Haynes Brain Manual. The manual will be available in full, in pdf format in this area around a month prior to the week itself (as it is currently in production). All those who have registered their interest in NMHW will be notified when these pages are made live.

In line with approach undertaken throughout NMHW, these factsheets embrace men and mental wellbeing in the broadest sense.

Resources

One of the consistent problems identified by various evaluations of NMHW, has been the difficulty that many of you had in tracking down appropriate and useable resources that could be given out to the general public. We have approached this problem in two ways. Firstly, in this section there are a number of pdf's of some leaflets themselves. But the principal solution to this problem has been solved by including, a guide to organisations who will provide relevant leaflets, posters, videos, training packs and so on. In line with the theme of this year's NMHW, the list of resources, is limited to those associated with men and mental wellbeing.

The resource section also includes the relevant artwork accompanying the week, and a comprehensive list of organisations working on men and mental wellbeing throughout England and Wales.
