The new NMHW 2010 mini manual - A Question of Health - is now available for pre-order. The manual is the latest in the series of mini manuals written by Men's Health Forum President, Dr Ian Banks. Full details here.

The Question of Health mini manual is the first MHF publication to feature Change4Life branding. Change4Life is a society-wide movement that aims to prevent people from becoming overweight by encouraging them to eat well and move more.

The manuals have been used to support events during NMHW all over England and Wales, with significant success so far.

This mini manual is available in a 32 page full colour edition.

The manual is available for for £1.30 per copy in boxes of 100 for £130 per box
