After months of planning, the first ever International Men's Health Week arrived in England and Wales. Jungle Queen Linda Barker and tennis ace Pat Cash joined forces with the Men's Health Forum and the Orchid Cancer Appeal to launch the Week. The former Wimbledon favourite had a health make-over at Ladbrokes' brand new flagship store as he and Linda served up a volley of support for making good health more accessible to men of all ages. A photo which was obviously taken with a single caption in mind — and who are we to disappoint? Linda examines Pat's balls.
The sheer popularity of men's health week is demonstrated by these jostling photographers. Apparently it wasn't Linda and Pat they were angling for but a shot of MHF President Ian Banks, author of Haynes latest best-seller, the Baby book.
Pat and Linda distributing the vast array of material assembled for Men's Health Week. Pat served his up faultlessly but Linda insisted on painting hers purple and mounting them on MDF.
